Exclusive - MUST READ: President Duterte Should Be Nominated For The Noble Peace Prize!

There is some talk that President Rodrigo Duterte should be considered for the Nobel Peace Prize as he has made strides to end all forms of insurgency in his first one hundred days.

For the past forty years, no leader of the Philippines ever came close on doing this.

Duterte, who has been faithful to his commitment of going through peace talks, has been diligent with ongoing talks with different groups in the country.

These riffs between the insurgents and the givernment have made people feel unsafe for many generations. 

However, all of these mentality is about to change. Ever since President Duterte assured to pursue and seek for peace and placed political capital into the process.

Both of the leaders of Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) was brought by the President days before his inauguration speech to discuss peace. This is a significant milestone for the peace in Mindanao.

The President’s efforts in promoting peace in the country have not been given as much attention as his war on drugs in all local and international media.
