A short clip posted on Youtube about President Rodrigo Duterte's leadership tried to explained his tactics as deriving from Sun Tzu's 'Art of War'.

The video explained that Duterte is neither a psychopath nor a dictator, as described by his detractors. Instead, he should be regarded as a political genius.

The Art of War, or also known as the 'Sunzi' or 'Master's Sun' is an ancient Chinese military treatise written in the 5th century BC. Attributed to the ancient Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu, the art of war is composed of 13 chapters, each devoted to one aspect of warfare. It is commonly referred to as the definitive work on military strategy and tactics.
