Businessman Pablo Putera met TV host/comedian Rey Utami met on Tinder, an online dating app where people post their basic information such as gender, location and pictures in an attempt find compatible partners.

They then decided to have a second meeting and this time, Putera was determined to win the heart of Utami and gave her a $28,000 Honda HRV!

On their third date, Putera gave her a $300,000 luxury watch and it was a done deal! “After our first meet up, he bought me a Honda HRV car on the second day. On the third day, he bought me a RP 4 billion [US$307,988] watch,” Utami shared.

“On the fourth day, he asked me to marry him. He met my parents on the fifth day, we made preparations for our wedding on the sixth day and on the seventh day, we got married,” she shared.

Although they faced a lot of controversies for taking things very quickly, especially Puterta who was accused of being a gold-digger, she slammed them saying: “he proved to me how much he loves me.”

They got married last July 23, 2016 in an intimate private wedding with only 40 guests.
