Conceiving twins or even triplets or quadruplets is hard, but what if a mother was pregnant with 5 babies all at the same time?
This mother did something incredible. Susan Thompson shared her story about being pregnant with 5 babies.
She was 28 years old when she found out that she was pregnant with quintuplets. When she got herself checked by a doctor, it was suggested that she should have a selective reduction. She refused and was referred to another specialist. But the specialist also said the same thing. They wanted to reduce her pregnancy to triplets or twins.
She said that she and her husband never considered selective reduction, not even once. She also said that God gave them the 5 children and He will take care of them.
After 20 years, she looked back and said that she don’t know what would happen to her and her husband without the quintuplets.
After they graduated, three of Thompson’s children joined the military while two are in the medical field.
Susan said, “I chose to save their lives and now they are saving the lives of others."

"At the age of 28, I found out I was pregnant with quintuplets. Immediately, my doctor talked to me about selective reduction. When I said no, he sent me to a specialist who repeatedly asked me to consider reducing my pregnancy to triplets or even twins. This went on for several months. My husband and I never considered this, not for a second. God had given us these tiny children and He would take care of them. 20 years later I look back and can't imagine our lives without any of them. After graduation, three joined the military to serve our country and two are pursuing careers in the medical field. They are all responsible adults who love God and make this world a better place. I chose to save their lives and now they are saving the lives of others."#LoveWhatMattersCredit: Susan Thompson
