Exclusive - Netizen Shares A Heartbreaking Story Of A Little Girl She Met On A Train

Emotions were high for netizen Janine Bee while riding the MRT. 

In a Facebook post on November 28, Janine shared photos and a story of when she met an 8-year-old girl suffering from bone marrow cancer.

The caption on her post states that she was coming from a ‘despidida’ when she noticed a little girl covered from head to toe in a white jacket and mask. She didn't think there was anything wrong with the girl until she started crying in pain.

Shocked, she asked what was wrong with the young girl. Her grandmother revealed that "she [had] bone marrow cancer."

Janine then shared her feelings about the girl's unfortunate situation on Facebook – hoping other netizens might help her during the holiday season.

So, after ng napakasayang despidida ko last night, we went to Shang Shaw Blvd to eat lunch. We decided to ride on a train (MRT). Napukaw kagad ng pansin ko itong bata na akala ko nakajacket and mask lng na white and everything nice. (I love her the first time I saw her). So, habang nakasakay kami sa train humarap ako sa kanya to see how beautiful she was. Habang papalapit kami ng papalapit sa Shaw Blvd, naiiyak sya sa sobrang sakit ng nararamdaman nya. Nagulat ksi ako akala ko natamaan ko sya. 

I started na usisain what's her condition. And her lola said "She has Bone Marrow Cancer". I really cant't help myself but to cry. Walang akong pakialam kahit makita ako ng mga katabi ko at ng mama ko na humahagulgol ako sa iyak habang nasa loob ako ng siksikang MRT. Her condition was so terrible and I really can't figure out how she can handle pain everyday of her life. Sobrang nadudurog ang puso ko that time na para bang anak ko sya since I had a special child din with Cerebral Palsy and my niece has Billiary Atresia. Ibang klase tong bata to. Parang binulungan nya ako na wag akong maging malungkot sa kalagayan ng baby ko dahil mas maituturin kong mas maswerte talaga ang anak ko compare sa pain na nararamdaman ng bata na to. I called the attention of my mom since nagtatrabaho sya sa Public Assistance Unit sa isang hospital sa Manila. I told her tulungan si nanay na pumunta sa office nya to get their Medical Assistance sa government.

Makikita nyo sa picture na whitish in color na yung isa nyang mata. Sabi ng lola nya, una daw nagreact yung mata nya then makikita nyo din po sa picture na halos kinakain na ng cancer cells yung skin nya all through out her bones. This pretty little girl is an 8 year old beautiful and brave girl. I am asking sa konting tulong na pwede nating mabigay sa bata this christmas to make her so happy.
