A concerned citizen, Arlaine Villanueva, posted a few photos and a video on Facebook, capturing some men throwing garbage over a bridge. The place that seemed to have water before but looked as if it had dried up already from all the trash. The photos and video were taken in Pinaglintikan Bridge Tagaytay City last October 29.
Netizens from all over the country expressed their disappointment over what they saw and how other Filipinos treat the environment.
