Exclusive - BREAKING NEWS: Former Congressman And Mayor Of Iligan City Included in Pres. Duterte's Narco-list!

Another batch of names was dropped by President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday during the 2016 Presidential Awards for Filipino Individuals and Organizations Overseas (PAFIOO) at the Rizal Hall in Malacañang. The names are part of the list of people involved in the illegal drug trade.

"Representative Vicente Belmonte. Mayor Lawrence Cruz. That’s in Iligan," he stated.

The President also mentioned a "Mayor Willie Lim" together with Iligan's former officials as part of his narco-list. 

Duterte stressed that if not for him, the government wouldn't know that Philippines has grown into a narco-community. His investigation exposed narco-officials including mayors, congressmen, governors, barangay captains, and a senator “who was glorified with an award in Washington D.C.” that is his staunch critic, Senator Leila de Lima.

“We have been corrupted and this is why I cry every night," he said.
