Exclusive - Controversial Iglesia Ni Cristo Lawyer To Leni Robredo: 'VP in Housing Was a Waste of Money'

Lawyer Trixie Cruz-Angeles criticized Vice President Leni Robredo for being a "non-performing public official" who "contributed very little to deserve the post she was given."

The lawyer said it was disrespectful for Robredo to call out President Rodrigo Duterte for "not doing her job."

"You want to call out the president for asking her not to attend cabinet meetings and that he did this through text? You say it's disrespectful? I call bull on that," she said in her Facebook post.

Angeles also said that the Robredo was a "monumental" waste of taxpayers money.

"You say the president is bastos? The VP in Housing was a monumental waste of taxpayers money. That's beyond bastos. That ought to be criminal," she said.

Currently, Angeles, known for controversial clients like the Iglesia ni Cristo, is suspended from working as a lawyer because of a 2003 case against her.
