This man sat next to a random passenger in a flight, and the man seated beside him looked almost exactly like him!
A ginger-bearded man got the surprise of his life when he met a man who looked just like him. A U.K.-based photographer, Neil Thomas Douglas, took a flight with Ryanair as he made his way to Galway, Ireland Thursday night to photograph a wedding.
When he boarded the plane, he found his near-perfect twin sitting right next to him.
“I couldn’t believe it!” he told Huffington Post. Lee Beattie, a friend of Douglas’ wife, took a picture of them and tweeted it, then quickly went viral.
She tweeted: "Guy on right is the husband of my friend. Guy on left is a STRANGER he met on a flight last night!"
“There was a dude already on Douglas’ seat. He asked him to move and when the guy looked up, he thought, ‘Holy shit, he looks like me.’ They had a big laugh about it — everyone around them had a laugh, they took a selfie and that was it,” Beattie told Huffington Post.
After the flight, things got a little more weird, as the two found themselves meeting again as they were staying at the same hotel in Galway.
Then they decided to grab a few beers and watch the live band together.
