An open letter for Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV went viral.

The letter was written by a citizen named Elpidio N. Rubio Jr. who claimed to be his former friend and supporter when he ran for a senatorial position.

Rubio claimed that he once believed Trillanes' advocacies but he was left disappointed when Trillanes allegedly exchanged his honor for money and political ambitions.

The letter was also published in the Facebook page of DILG Secretary Rafael Alunan III, encouraging Trillanes to answer the sentiments in the letter.
