Exclusive - Senator Trillanes About President Duterte: 'Siya Ang Mastermind Sa Pagpatay Kay Espinosa'

Following the declaration of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) that Albuera Mayor Rolando Espinosa's death was a rubout – since the victim was defenseless when the incident happened – different theories have started to form. 

President Duterte drew flak after he conspicuously ordered the immediate reinstatement of Supt. Marvin Marcos, who led the controversial operation.

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, candidly stated that the President might just be the mastermind after his comments stating that he will not let any of the police officers involved in the operation get arrested.

According to Trillanes, one of the most vocal critics of President Duterte, such statements can be used against him.
