Ellen Adarna is on the latest cover of the famous men's magazine FHM, but most people don't know the story behind the nude photo shoot.

Netizens feasted on the leaked photos of her daring shoot on social media wherein she is covered in dirt and naked in the beach.

In an interview with Boy Abunda, Ellen shared that she passed out during the photo shoot because she was dehydrated and her blood pressure is low.

She admitted that  three days before any photo shoot, Ellen dehydrates herself to loose some pounds and look tighter.

The setting of the shoot was outdoor and under the sun, so the situation triggered her passing out.
