Exclusive - This Old Man was Forced To Work 2 Jobs For 15 Years To Pay $400K 'Government Debt', But After Paying It He Discovered Something Which Will Break Anybody's Heart

This man from Singapore was forced to work two jobs for 15 years to pay his government 'debt' only to find out he was just being scammed by two unknown women.

Tan Soy Kiang has to work as a street cleaner in the morning and pump attendant in the evening for 15 years to pay his $400,000 "Singaporean government debt". However, he found out that he does not owe anybody any amount of money and he was victimized by two heartless scammers.

Tan was approached by these two women to tell him he owes the government a huge amount of money 15 years ago. Tan was threatened of 'imprisonment' if he will not be able to pay the 'debt'. Tan made arrangements with the two scammers. The scammers instructed Tan to pay them his monthly salary amounting to $2,000 in total every payday to fulfill his debt. They told Tan he cannot afford to miss any payment or he will be thrown in jail.

For the last 15 years, Tan has been meeting with either of the two women who collects his monthly salary. In order to fulfill his debt, Tan also handed them his retirement savings of $53,000. Because he was living alone, no one else knew about his situation. 

The scam was exposed only when Tan's niece, Pamela Lim, went back from Australia to Singapore. She investigated her uncle's frugal life and found out that he is being abused by two scammers.

Lim met with the two ladies and they allegedly confessed their crime. The women settled the case by agreeing to pay $500 every month. 

Lim and Tan also made legal actions by reporting the incident to the police. However, the police said that the actions were done under Tan's consent. 

Lim decided to pursue the case and looking forward to winning it in Singaporean court.

Shall they win the case, the two women will be convicted and be in jail for 10 years and will be forced to pay a fine.
