Exclusive - #TinderLoveandCare: Cai Cortez Finds Her Forever In Online Dating App Tinder

A lot of us may still be looking for our Mr.and Ms.Right. While it might take a whole lifetime to find the perfect match, some of us are lucky enough to find it just beneath their fingertips. One of these lucky ones is local celebrity, Cai Cortez, known for her role in Babae Sa Septic Tank, My Amnesia Girl, and Working Beks, who met his husband through the social dating application-Tinder. 

Cai Cortez tied the knot with husband Wissem Rhkami last July 15, 2016, and this intrigued and shocked a lot of people since Cai was never seen with anyone prior to her wedding. The only clue was an Instagram post with the caption: "The future is bright." Cortez sheds light on the issue, admitting that she met Rhkami on Tinder. 

"I was dating nung nag-Tinder ako. I met very interesting people. Pero siya, hindi ko ini-expect na mai-in love siya nang gano'n. First time lang naming nag-meet, sinabi niya, 'I will marry you one day.' Sabi ko, 'Sigurado ka na ba sa sinasabi mo?' Nong nakita raw niya ako, alam na raw niya." Cortez relates. 

Tinder, among other mobile applications, is known for its user-friendly features. A user can simply "swipe left or right" depending on his or her preference. 

Cai is just one of the estimated 10 billion matches that Tinder was able to make.

Currently, Cai is a happy wife and soon-to-be mother, as she is pregnant with their first baby.
