One of the official entries for 2016's Metro Manila Film Festival is Director Theodore Boborol's "Vince and Kath and James", which is a story of a love triangle that revolves in a 'text-serye' between the lead cast.

Joshua Garcia, who plays the role of James, is Julia Barreto's (Kath) best friend who is the mind behind her text exchanges with Ronnie Alonte (Vince).

Many celebrities admired the outstanding acting of Joshua in the movie.

His co-star in the running series 'The Greatest Love,' Dimples Romana, shared how she appreciated the actor's talent saying that Joshua channels John Lloyd Cruz's depth and Rico Yan's charm.
