It has been a tough week for couple Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica after the news of Kylie's 3-month pregnancy spread. But in the end, they proved that their love conquers all!

It was Wednesday, January 24, when Kylie's talent management agency, Vidanes Celebrity Marketing, announced that the two just got recently engaged. The announcement was followed by a meaningful photo posted by Kylie on her Instagram account. They were hugging in the photo which many assumed was taken on the day of their engagement.

She captioned the post with: "I know these past days have been rough but I can't wait for the day people get to know you like I know you. <3 can't wait to share how it happened I'm just happy I am sharing it with you."

Today, Kylie celebrated her 23rd birthday and Aljur posted the sweetest birthday message ever.

On his Instagram account, he posted a picture with the message saying: "Love is not all about emotions. It's about making a choice and fighting for it. The road leading to "happily ever after" is bumby and treacherous. Countless tests are laid along the way. Only those who chose to fight TOGETHER will live happily ever after."

It was then captioned with "Happy Birthday Love".

Meanwhile, fans are happy for the couple despite the roller-coaster-ride their relationship used to be. They were first together in 2011 but broke up in May 2014 due to infidelity issues. They got back together last September 2016, which led to Kylie reportedly being pregnant and their subsequent their engagement.
