There are plenty of ways for a woman to look and feel beautiful, and each keeps her own secrets of their regimen. But this woman has an odd way of preserving her beauty.

Meet Tracy Kiss of Wendover, Buckingamshire, single mother of two and a beauty blogger on YouTube. Tracy has caught waves of attention after she shared her daily sperm facial routine and now has millions of views on the video sharing website. She describes her extreme approach to natural beauty as a cooling, natural skin treatment to soothe sensitive skin.

Kiss has been getting her semen delivery in plastic pots from a friend to whom she describes as a “completely platonic semen-delivery relationship." She then rubs this on her face and lets it sit for 20 minutes.

Recently, she added this questionable ingredient to her morning smoothie and claims that it can boost a person’s immunity. She even said that they could ingest it to avoid winter cold, claiming that one should be prepared to use it in pursuit of better health.

According to The Sun, Tracy has now been reaping the benefits saying that she is 'full of beans'. She said: “I'd been feeling run down and had no energy, but now I'm full of beans and my mood has improved.”

Although bizarre as it may seem, sperm has contains proteolytic enzymes, which are designed to break down proteins and when applied to the skin on a regular basis, these enzymes can help in the breakdown of the dead layers of the skin, leaving it feeling smoother.
