According to the post written the Mabalacat City Police Facebook page, a drug pusher posing as a high-ranking police officer was arrested during a buy-bust operation on January 7th.
The operation, led by PSINSP Melvin M. Florida Jr., was a success.
Information was given to Chief of Police Juritz B Rara about a certain drug pusher called "Bacani" - who wore a high-ranking police uniform while selling shabu at Brgy. Dau as well as other neighboring barangays.
Suspect Frederic Bacani y Pingol - a 40-year-old resident of Brgy. Sta. Teresita, Angeles City - was arrested during the buy-bust operation. On his person were suspected shabu packets with a street value worth of around 10,000 Php. Along with the packets were a hand gun, a cellphone, and drug paraphernalia.
