Exclusive - Former President Erap Estrada Says We Would Be a 'Narco State' Now If Not For Duterte

Former president and now mayor of Manila, Joseph Estrada, once again comes to the defense of President Rodrigo Duterte. Estrada says that the country should stop criticizing the president and start being grateful instead.

According to Brigada News, Estrada confirmed that the Philippines was close to being a 'narco state,' had it not been for the intervention of Duterte and his potent hate of drugs. Estrada also said that no one but this president could have made the changes in the country and we should all realize that it is a tough job. He urged the Filipino people to cooperate with the government and keep on supporting #obosen.

In December 2016, Estrada said the same thing to GMA News: “This is very dangerous, magiging narco-state na tayo ‘pag ‘di natin naagapan ‘to." He also expounded on the location of huge drug labs in the province and the politicians protecting those labs.
