Exclusive - LOOK! Radio and TV Host Tim Yap Is Now Engaged to Boyfriend Javi Martinez Pardo! MUST SEE!

January 19 is a very eventful date for television and radio host Tim Yap. Apart from his birthday, the host also celebrated one very big milestone in his life--his engagement. Even at forty years old, the host still proved that love truly knows no limits and that indeed, life begins at forty. 

In a report by PEP, Tim had celebrated his birthday in Manila House at Bonifacio Global City. Even though his actual birthdate was last January 17, he had a party held on January 19 that had a Miss Universe theme. 

According to ABS-CBN News, it had a hashtag named #TYUniverse and was attended by lots of personalities, including Lovi Poe, Isabelle Daza, KC Conception, and former Miss Universe winners Gloria Diaz and Margie Moran. 

The highlight of the party was when Tim Yap got down on his knee and proposed to his boyfriend and partner in YAParazzi Productions, Javi Martinez Pardo. 

Tim proclaimed, "When you have good thing you have to make it last forever... Javi wears this ring and with all the people in the universe I want to ask you: will you be my partner for life?" In which Javi had nodded and kissed Tim on the lips. 

Top designer Rajo Laurel  captured the moment with a caption "he said yes." Javi's expression looked like that of a candidate who've just won the Miss Universe title.
