A beauty pageant in a little town in Ozamiz City went viral as the newly crowned Ms. Dimaluna Tourism 2016, Ms. Devine Grace Capa, gave an award-winning answer to one of the country's sensitive issues-- extra judicial killings.
The beauty queen was asked "What is your opinion on the issue of extrajudicial killing in our country today?"
Capa intelligently answered: "I believe that life is a gift. If killing is to save a million lives, then it is better to sactifice one life than to lose everybody's safety and endanger humanity forever."
Her answer gained mixed reactions from netizens.
