An 18-month old toddler screamed in sheer pain after because of melted wax which drips from a lighted candle into her private parts as she is hung upside down by a naked and masked woman.
One could get the impression that the woman might be the devil himself.
The woman (left on photo) was identified as Liezyl Margallo, 23, a native of Claveria, Cagayan De Oro, Misamis Oriental who hid under the name Shannon Carpio on Facebook where she boldly posted the merits of being a savage sexual predator.
She was the live-in partner of Peter Gerard Scully, 54, a known pedophile who gained international attention after selling brutal child porn to websites. What does she get out of it? Up to $10,000 or P500,000 per viewing customer and a lifestyle up to par with the elite and wealthy.
According to a report made by Inquirer.net, Margallo hid under the name of Shannon Carpio so she could post photos of her good life. She lived at a high-end condominium where she is a regular at a premium fitness center. She hosted grand parties and jumped from one city to another. She even had a topless photo while wearing a skimpy bikini with her back against the shot.
However, all that has changed after she was arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation in Central Visayas (NBI-7) on Malapascua Island in the northern part of Cebu, the end of a 2-year manhunt. Margallo was flown to Cagayan de Oro city where she would be charged with violating Republic Act No. 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009; Republic Act No. 9610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act; and Republic Act No. 9208 or the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003.
The child kidnapper and sexual monster are to be charged with a non-bailable crime since their victims are minors and the offense falls under qualified trafficking. If convicted, the couple could spend life in prison and be fined anywhere from P2 million to P5 million.
