In US, Pennsylvania, a mother and her boyfriend have both been charged with homicide and other related offenses after killing their 14-year-old daughter in a "rape-murder fantasy," as reported by Yahoo! News. 

According to the prosecutors, Sara Packer, 41, and Jacob Sullivan, 44, have planned Grace Parker's murder for more than a year. 

They killed the teenager in July and hid her body in the attic of their rented house in Quakertown, Pa for almost four months and had it dismembered at a later time. 

Before she was killed, Sullivan had raped Grace while her mother watched, according to the prosecutors. 

"This was a sexual fantasy that was shared between Jacob Sullivan and Sara Packer, and Grace Packer was the object of that rape-murder fantasy," said Bucks Country District Attorney Matthew D. Weintraub. 

Sullivan appeared before the judge on Sunday and was charged of homicide, rape, kidnapping, and other related offenses.  

Packer was arrested on charges of homicide, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, possession of instruments of crime, endangering child welfare, and other related offenses. 

Packer continued to collect payments of Social Security for Grace after her death, amounting in 3,600 dollars. 

The couple attempted a double-suicide, in which both of them were hospitalized. On Saturday, Sullivan had confessed to the hospital staff that he had killed Grace. 

She was bound, gagged, and left to die in a closet in the attic that was "extremely hot." Sullivan noticed that she was still alive, so he suffocated her to death. 

They packed her body in cat litter before cutting it up and had the remains dumped in a dam. These were found on the Halloween of 2016.
