Being an overseas Filipino worker isn't easy at all. Aside from the long hours they spend for work, they also have to endure the loneliness of being away from their families. But this particular OFW has more struggles than the ordinary worker. She went viral after seeking asking netizens to help her go back home to the Philippines as she is being physically abused by her employer.

It was netizen Rachel Sara who posted the news on social media. The victim OFW was identified Linda Gan Isleta who arrived in Riyadh Saudi last December 19, 2016. She hails from Oriental Mindoro. According to the post, her employer kept on beating her up. He always hits her head with a broom. Sara posted pictures of Isleta showing her bruises all over her body.

But what seemed to touch the heart of the netizens was the video of her crying. Aside from the photos, Sara also posted a video of Isleta pouring her heart out. Although her words were inaudible, she is clearly in great distress over her condition and wishes to go home as soon as possible. Sara asks netizens to help them reach out to the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh to help Isleta be reunited with her family.

The post already garnered 3.8 thousand reactions and over 16 thousand shares. Many netizens offer sympathy for Isleta and wished her safety until she gets home.
