The guy's name is Kevin and he's working as a barista for Starbucks. Facebook user Jones Halili commented that the branch where Kevin is assigned at is at Petron, NLEX near Marilao, Bulacan.
Starbucks has been known to hire baristas based on their looks and their potential employees undergo an extensive training program before they are fully deployed to their respective branches.
