TV Host Couple Drew Arellano and Iya Villania had their first baby Antonio Primo last year. Despite their new reality game show on GMA 7 'People vs The Stars,' the pair are still obviously focused on their baby boy.
During the show's presscon last January 6, Iya said that she still scheduled her breastfeeding time with baby Primo even though she is at work.
According to PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Iya Villania said, "As much as possible, gusto ko hangga't hindi pa siya nagso-solis food, gusto ko kasama ko siya para mapadede ko siya. Ayaw ko siya masanay sa bote kasi gusto ko yung kailangan niya ako. Ayoko nung hindi niya ako kailangan."
Drew also shared his experience with Primo, revealing that he doesn't mind in taking care of their baby.
"When Primo was probably one month or two month-old, ihehele ko siya sa sleep. Kapag ayaw, isasayaw-sayaw ko, kakanta ako. Production number talaga!" Drew said.
"Then someone mentioned, 'Masasanay 'yan sa ganyang movement na all out,'" he added.
The couple also mentioned that they are thankful to have their moms who are always there to give them a hand in taking care of Primo.
Drew is also proud of his wife Iya for her dedication in being a mom to Primo. Despite Iya's work, she can still manage to wake up in the middle of the night to attend to their baby, a trait which Drew admired.
"Iya, being a first-time mother, she's doing a phenomenal job. She's working, she wakes up four times in the middle of the night without waking me up in bed just to lpacify Primo, feed Primo. It's just a phenomenal job. Every day I think is Mother's Day," Drew said.
