A pregnant cat was suspected of being raped by a human being in Riau, Indonesia after her owners saw her genitals bleeding profusely, a report by MyNewsHub said.

 Dr. Syafril, a teacher at SMP Negeri Tembilahan and owner of the cat Putih, was still in school when he learned about their cat's condition.

His children called him at his office. When he got home, he found Putih looking very weak while bleeding non-stop in the genital area.

Thinking that the feline was already dying, Syafril rushed Putih to the nearest animal clinic in Desa Tembilahan.

Upon examination, the veterinarian told him that his cat may have been sexually assaulted. 

The vet also added that a blunt object must have been inserted into the Putih's sexual organ that caused the internal bleeding. 

Other kids in the area told Syafril that they saw a man kissing and touching Putih before putting her back near the house.

They suspect that it is the same man who assaulted the cat, probably while under the influence of alcohol.

To save her life, the animal doctor had to perform abortion on Putih. She is currently in a stable condition and is recovering.

It is not known whether Putih's owners will file charges against the suspect, but it is quite disturbing that a man like this is still roaming around freely, probably looking for another victim.
