Exclusive - Rodjun Cruz Reveals Something About The First Time He Saw Dianne Medina!

Recently, Rodjun Cruz went viral across the internet after he posted a video of himself singing while Miss Universe 2016 bet Maxine Medina was dancing beside him. It seemed odd for some to see them together, but Maxine is actually the cousin of Rodjun’s long-time girlfriend, Dianne Medina!

According to Rodjun, he already had a crush on Maxine the first time he saw her on TV. “Kumakain ako ng dinner nun sa bahay ko. Pagbukas ko ng TV, [tinanong ko] ‘Sino ‘tong magandang babae na ‘to? Ganda ng babae na ‘to ha. Crush ko ‘to ha.’ Dun pa lang, nabighani na ‘yung puso ko,” he said.

He shared that he found everything he needed with Dianne and said “Siya ‘yung Miss Universe ng buhay ko eh – maganda, mestiza, matalino, mabait, mapagmahal sa pamilya, may takot sa Diyos tapos matulungin.”

Dianne, on the other hand, had almost the same experience. “Believe it or not, si Rodjun lang ‘yung crush ko sa lahat ng artista na nakita ko. Siya lang talaga ‘yung naging crush ko. When I first saw him, sabi ko sa sarili ko, ‘Gusto ko ‘to and magiging boyfriend ko ‘to.’ Tapos nangyari nga,” she shared.

Dianne also shared that Rodjun let her know his intentions sooner than expected. “Nag-sign ako sa isang management tapos biglang magka-handler kami. ‘Di pa kami, sinabi niya sa ‘kin, ‘Dianne, aalagaan kita.’ ‘Yun. Nagulat ako. Tapos kinausap niya ‘yung mommy ko, [sabi niya] ‘Aalagaan ko po ‘tong si Dianne’ Tapos ‘yun na, dun na nag-start,” she shared.

When asked about marriage, they admitted that they were already talking about it.

“Of course, we’re not getting any younger. Of course, we talk about it but kung kailan ibigay ni Lord, then we’re open naman [to it], pero as of now, we’re focusing on our work, on our career,”Dianne said.

“Lagi namin pinag-pe-pray ‘yun na siyempre, in God’s time. Darating kami dun,”Rodjun added.

The two have been together for 10 years now.
