Singer, songwriter, and actor Sam Milby finally found new love in TV Host Mari Jasmine. He admits that they met through social media.
“Sa Instagram and Twitter kami nag-meet. Ako ang nag-message. Fina-follow ko siya at fina-follow niya ako matagal na pero walang message at all,” Sam shared on 'Magandang Buhay' on Thursday.
According to Sam, Mari didn't even know who he was until they became lovers. That is because the TV host was born in Japan before she moved to Australia where she grew up. Mari is of Japanese and British descent.
“Wala siyang alam sa showbiz sa Pilipinas. Hindi rin niya alam na artista ako,” the actor shared.
The former PBB housemate shared that he is lucky to have Mari as his girlfriend for she understands the nature of his work. He also shared that they both share the willingness to make their relationship really work.
Looking into the future, Sam was positive about building a life with Mari.
"Sana. I wouldn’t be in a relationship with her kung hindi ko tingin na siya ang magiging future ko.”
Before Mari, Sam was involved with actress Anne Curtis. They had a much-publicized breakup back in 2009, one that he admitted having a hard time moving on from.
