Kapuso actor Mikael Daez has responded to his girlfriend's sister Lauren Young's wish that he'd marry the 2013 Miss World Megan Young.
Lauren gave the challenge to Mikael because she said she prefers that her older sister be married before she and her non-showbiz boyfriend Robbie Garcia.
However, Mikael answered her through Rommel Gonzales' report on PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) by saying "Huwag muna, chill muna.”
Mikael just recently confirmed that he and Megan have been together for six years now. He also admitted that he has a plan to build a family at the age of 25 before but soon changed mind.
“Bumaligtad na, e. Bakit? Nagkaroon ako ng kapatid na bunso na two years old. Hassle magka-baby, ang hirap,” he said while laughing.
The 29-year-old actor thought that there is an advantage if you are a teenage dad. In that way, you can watch your child grow with you.
“Iyon ang trade-off, dahil ipinanganak ako, yung daddy ko twenty-four years old. So lumaki ako, nagba-basketball yung tatay ko, machong-macho pa rin. So, tinitingnan natin,” he added.
Mikael's dad passed away five years ago and his mom soon had a new love. He shared how they enjoy playing with their little sibling despite his naughtyness.
“Dumpling na dumpling, siomai na siomai ang itsura.”
The actor will soon star in the upcoming GMA afternoon drama series "Legally Blind," together with Janine Gutierrez and Lauren. Viewers can watch the series starting Monday.
