A certain guy has been making a buzz across social media after he showed off his talent in singing.

The video was posted by netizen named Irish Ann Bautista who was utterly amazed with the talent of Melvin Borbe Pagatpat. He sang the popular song "Versace on the Floor" which was originally sang by international artist Bruno Mars. 

Melvin was obviously trying to fight off his shyness while he belted out the high notes. He had technical errors here and there but he still slayed with his angelic voice which netizens can't help but gush over. Many netizens suggested that Melvin should join singing contests and conquer whatever's holding him back.

One netizen even said: "Ang ganda ng boses ni kuya. Kaso mukang nahihiya sya.. ska panay tingin nya sa kabilang eskinita.. hahaha! Kuya wag kang mahiya. Gnda ng boses mo!! Keep it up!"

Another said "Pede na sa tawag ng tanghalan" in reference to a singing contest in ABS-CBN's It's Showtime. 

However, he wasn't exempted from harsh comments and bashers who criticized his physical appearance. But one netizen named Aldrin Gamal Areola defended Melvin saying: "Hindi naman dapat pagbasehan ang itsura para sabihing maganda ang boses. Masyado naman kayong mapanlait sa panlabas na anyo."

But another netizen made the comment sections lighter as he quipped: "Hindi naman tlga basehan ng talent yung itsura! Galing! Nakikita ko yung pag kanta ko sayo. Pero hindi yung itsura."

Meanwhile, the video already garnered 5.2 thousand views as of this writing.
