Exclusive - HORRIFYING: You Must See This True Story of a Girl Who Met a Boy Online That Everyone Must Be Aware Of! Must Watch!

With the internet comes everything with such convenience that even the mere prospect of looking for love has been trickled down into simply going online, chatting up someone, and then setting up a place and date for your supposed meet-up.

Internet dating has become so popular that we are left wondering whether the phenomenon would actually breed real love (although there a number of people who have actually proven this false) or just another trick that technology has used to lure us into its virtual tangle.

There’s the dating app Tinder, where people can just quickly “swipe left or right” if the person is to their liking or not. It immediately opens you up to a whole new world of possibilities where finding love is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

However, with the convenience of the internet comes the threat of the malicious use of anonymity, where people can actually hide their real identities and create new personas that would deceive people, and can be dangerous depending on their true intentions.

They can create false names and upload pictures different from their own in order to virtually alter their appearance and pretend that they look better or more attractive than how they really appear.

The dangers of this type of scenario were exposed by Facebook fan pageUNILAD,’ where they showed a video which documented the tragic story of Kayleigh Haywood, a 15-year-old girl who dated online, only to find out that the man she met was not what he had seemed.

The video begins with this rather alarming statement: “Warning: if shown in cinemas this would have a 15 certificate. What you are about to see is a true story. Some viewers may find some scenes upsetting.”

You have been warned—here is the video that talks about the dangers of online dating.

What do you think? Have you participated in online dating as well? If so, be careful out there!
