According to Kim, she insisted to have a small rectangular swimming pool at her backyard as she is already happy with a small pool. She made the pool unique by having it installed with high-tech underwater lighting.
We know Kim Chiu as an aficionado of bags and shoes, and has a growing number of clothes. There is a separate room for her signature bags, shoes, as well as her clothes.

Kim mentioned that in hotels, she would first look for bathtub so when the house was built, she made sure she has a bathtub. And who wouldn’t love a sassy bathtub as hers?
One unique feature of Kim’s house is, of course, her room. Unlike an ordinary master’s bedroom, the star magic talent’s room is a two-storey room! Entertainment area on the lower part while study table and oversized bed on the second level! Take note that all these are customer-designed and are in pink which is her favorite color.

Her house’s second level also has a separate living area with pink motif still. This is the area where she often has long conversation with her acquaintances.
Kim also has a private salon inside her house. She got the idea from Kris Aquino.
Lastly, the phenomenal big winner knows how to look up above and thank God for the blessings she is getting. She actually has a separate prayer area inside her home.
