Last Sunday marks the much-anticipated TV comeback of the 'Queen of all Media' Kris Aquino on Philippine TV under her new network, GMA 7.
Kris debuts to Kapuso with a 2-hour long travel show of her own called 'Trip Ni Kris' where she features the most beautiful and picturesque sites in the country.
On her latest episode, the actress/TV Host visited tourist spots and important places in Nueva Ecija.
The show shares the same timeslot as Vice Ganda's late-night show under ABS-CBN. The two are close friends in real life and they even call each other 'asawa' as a sign of endearment.
Will this rivalry of shows force a gap in their friendship?
'Gandang Gabi Vice' airs from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. every Sundays while 'Trip Ni Kris' goes from 10:30 p.m. to 12:20 a.m.
According to the Nationwide Urban Television Audience Measurement (NUTAM) data from AGB Nielsen, the ratings of April 9 records 3.7% for Kris' show and 4.2% for Vice's.
