Dimples Romana is one of the fairest beauties on Channel 2. She’s known for portraying Mandy Alegre-Cruz in the afternoon drama ‘The Greatest Love’ but did you know that there’s more to the actress than meets the eye?

Dimples finished International Hospitality Management with a major in Culinary Arts in Enderun College. She also studied at the University of Sto. Tomas where she studied BS Tourism.

Even though her fame is only rising now, Dimples is not a stranger to the limelight. She first appeared on television in 1997 in the drama ‘Esperanza’ that starred Judy Ann Santos.

In 1999, she starred in ‘Tabing Ilog’ with Jodi Sta. Maria and Baron Geisler, among others.

In 2005, she appeared in ‘Ang Panday’ and in 2009; Dimples starred in a Filipino remake of ‘Only You,’ which was originally a Korean television series.

She also starred in ‘One More Chance,’ which is considered one of the most memorable romantic films in the Philippine cinema. Apart from that, Dimples had appearances in ‘Pacquiao: The Movie’ and in the horror film ‘Wag Kang Lilingon.’

In 2010, she was given the main antagonistic role in the fantasy-drama ‘Agua Bendita,’ where she played as Criselda Barrameda.

However, she had a brief hiatus in her career because she married her non-showbiz boyfriend Boyet Ahmee.

Philippine Entertainment Portal revealed that she has two children with him, Callie and Alonzo Romeo Jose. Alonzo is currently three-years-old and has been gaining a lot of attention because of his adorable looks.
