Exclusive - Nangaliwang Ina Humingi Ng Tulong Kay Raffy Tulfo Para Mabawi Ang Dalawang Anak Sa Dating KaLive-In Partner!

All mothers have the right to be in custody of their children. It is only when a mother is unable to provide or is known to harm her children that she loses these rights to care for them.

A messy situation between a mother and her ex-partner was brought to the attention of Raffy Tulfo this April 24.

Jenephere Cajuelan, the mother of two kids and the complainant, went to the journalist to ask for help in claiming her children from the hands of her ex-partner, Ludivisco Alisla.

According to Alisla, Cajuelan was unfaithful to him and had other relationships when they were still together.

When the couple separated, the children aged 6 and 4 years old, were taken care of by their father since he claims that their mother could not provide for them.

Alisla said that aside from Cajuelan’s habit of going out on dates with different men, she also owes him a large amount of money taken from the grocery store he financed.

Alisla stated that their grocery store business went bankrupt because Cajuelan kept on spending their earnings due to an unknown cause. Alisla assumes that his former partner was spending the money on her alleged boyfriend.

“May lalaki siya sa Tanay. Alam ng magulang niya yan dahil kausap ko mismo magulang niya,” Alisla said in an interview.

Cajuelan denied his allegations and insisted that she is the rightful guardian of their two kids.

Eventually, the City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) stepped in to assist Cajuelan with her plea.

Cajuelan confronted Alisla in front of CSWD officials. It was a painful moment for Alisla as he only wished to provide a good future for their kids.

See what happened after the confrontation in the video below:
