Exclusive - PANOORIN: Cremated na Katawan ng Namatay Nilang Asawa, Pinag-Aagawan ng Dalawang Pamilyang Naulila Dahil Parehas Niyang Pinakasalan!

Cremation isn’t a joke and when you die, your family would be the ones who’ll take responsibility in order to give you proper funeral rites so that you’ll be safely buried without any complication. 

This was what the wives of a deceased man wanted—to be given rights to see the cremated body of their husband, who was the same man.

Estrella Viray, Ursulo Viray Jr., Luzviminda Viray, and Maritess De Vera all appeared in Raffy Tulfo’s radio program in order to air out their complaints and be able to view the deceased.

According to Tulfo, “So ang hinihinigi niyo, dapat magkaayusan kayo ng first family, ng inyong mister? Bakit ho ipinagkakait nila sa inyo na ipakita ‘yung abo?” 

Estrella answered, “Sa’kin po ‘yung namatay,” she said. “Sa poder ko po. Ngayon, kinuha po nila sa embalsamuhan! Parang inano nila na sila ‘yung may karapatan.” 

“Sabi ko, puwede, hintayin niyo muna ‘yung anak ko bukas, darating na. Kasi gusto man nila makita,” she continued. “Pinapa-embalsamo ko na..”

Tulfo clarified if the deceased was married to Estrella’s daughter. 

“Oo, kasal ko, pero biyudo…” but someone behind corrected him and said that the deceased was able to marry Estrella as well.

“Ah, so pinakasalan rin kayo?” Tulfo asked her. 

Estrella confirmed this and nodded. 

“Hindi ko alam ang legality dito… pero sa tingin ko, off-hand, the minute na namatay na [‘yung] first wife, so biyudo na itong si guy, so puwede silang magpakasal,” Tulfo said. 

Estrella nodded. “Nagpakasal na po kami.” 

“So dapat kung tutuusin, kayo ho ang may karapatan dun sa bangkay,” Tulfo declared. 

But Estrella answered him conflictedly. “Pero wala daw ho ako karapatan! Katapos po, kinuha nila d’on sa Calamba tapos po kinaumagahan, ipa-cremate [napa-cremate] na agad nila!” 

At that point, Tulfo called James Viray, who was the one being complained about. Tulfo briefed him that the deceased’s second family was on his program, seeking help in order to see the cremated body.
