20-year-old Daquan Collins is a responsible and proud dog dad, so when his doggie Heidi got pregnant, the guy decided to celebrate it with a maternity photoshoot. As the original father of the puppies couldn’t be present, Collins stepped into the role of a caring stepdad, making sure the photos looked both glamorous and real at the same time.
“The shoot was a spur of the moment thing. I was sitting in the yard and I was yelled to my sister to just start taking pictures,” Collins told BuzzFeed.
The guy added: “She’s honestly kind of camera shy, if she knows you’re recording she’ll just lay there,” he said.
Luckily, the photos turned out great, and even went viral, with people not being able to handle that much goodness in one shot. Heidi the soon-to-be mamma dog is about to hit the nine-week mark, so she’s due any time soon.
