Trending Now - 15 Savage Replies To The Woman Who Thought It Was A Good Idea To Teach Other Women How To ‘Fetch’ Their Man A Beer
Recently, the Federalist writer Denise McAllister who became a meme when Meghan McCain tweeted at her, ‘You were at my wedding, Denise’ thought it was a good idea to teach other women how to fetch their man a beer. But that wasn’t the worst part. She couldn’t handle the harsh criticism she had been receiving over it and went completely ballistic which eventually even got her fired.

The tweet instantly went viral. And not in a good way. People were thinking Denise was enforcing gender stereotypes and were quick to disagree with her. American journalist and author Dana Schwartz was one of them.

Some, however, didn’t think it was that bad and asked others to imagine a situation where the roles were reversed.

But the climax of the story began when HuffPost writer Yashar Ali wasn’t onboard with Denise either. At this point, she decided not to engage in a conversation, but attack the person instead. Denise unleashed her fury, focusing on the fact that Yashar is openly gay.

People overwhelmingly sided with Ali, prompting McCallister to tweet a series of defenses and explanations of her claims.

And it was at this point that got her fired. From at least two gigs. First, she claimed that after The Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro told her she was “no longer welcome” to write for that site, she replied that she quit. Then, Ben Domenech, the publisher of conservative website The Federalist, tweeted that McAllister “will not be writing for us at The Federalist any more.”
