Exclusive - Comedian Super Tekla May Give Out Hilarious Punch Lines, But You Won’t Believe The Hardships He Had to Go Through! MUST WATCH!

GMA’s ‘Wowowin’ has a new comedian, who was discovered when he was a contestant on the game show. 

Romeo, more popularly known as ‘Super Tekla’, really knows how to tickle his audience’s fancy through his jokes and punch lines. This is one of the reasons why Wowowin host Willie Revillame wanted him to be a regular cast member on the show. 

Super Tekla, together with Donita Nose – Wowowin’s co-host, make the audience laugh with their hilarious jokes.

Behind the laughter, Super Tekla shared his story of the hardships, failures and challenges that he had to overcome on ‘Magpakailanman’. 

He disclosed the events in his life that made him who he is today. He shared that he was less than a year old when his mother passed away. 

Surprisingly, Super Tekla is a not member of the LGBTQ community. He claims that dressing up as a woman is just part of his act as a comedian. He has an estranged wife and daughter who are very dear to him. 

Unfortunately, last 2013, he and his wife went their separate ways. He succumbed to vices, such as gambling and illegal drugs, just so he could forget the pain and sadness brought by his wife leaving him.

The hard times didn’t last, however, and when given the opportunity he immediately grabbed it and joined the cast of Wowowin. 

He has truly turned his life around, proving that it is never too late to change our circumstances!
