Exclusive - This 119-year-old Filipina Could Make it Into The Guinness Book Of World Records As The Oldest Living Person!

Francisca Susano, a 119-year-old woman from Puerto Princesa, could make it into the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest person alive.

Her story was submitted to the Guinness organization by volunteers working at a resort in Puerto Princesa City

The harmonica-playing elderly woman was born on September 11, 1897, making her 3 years older than the current Guinness Record-holder Emma Morano, a 116-year-old from Italy.

Susano claims that having a positive outlook on life, eating healthy and refraining from drinking alcohol allowed her to live this long. She has family living in Puerto Princesa and Negros Occidental.

The Gerontology Research Group, a global collective of researchers that track people who are at least 110 years old, is in charge of verifying Susano’s age.
