Exclusive - Four Policemen Forcefully Enters A Woman’s House In Cainta, Searches For Drugs

Four policemen are out and about in ruining the good image of the Philippine National Police, the same government agency that is headed by PNP Chief Bato dela Rosa who is all about cleaning up the streets.

A woman by the name of Gracelyn Serrato, was shaking with fear and anger as she ran to seek help from Wanted sa Radyo of Radyo Singko, a tele-radio show of News 5 that featured Raffy Tulfo

Her complaint was a mother’s nightmare. She narrated her terrible experience with PNP authorities when they forcefully entered her home and searched for illegal drugs

Fortunately, the events were all caught on CCTV which was in her living room. Her son tried to ask to let her mother finish dressing up first as she had just finished taking a bath, only to be pointed at with a gun.

Mrs Serrato attempted to call her attorney and was initially threatened told that she couldn’t. She insisted to call her attorney, Attorney Ferrer.

The Cainta police immediately identified the four men who violated the house of Mrs Serrato. They were PO2 Raffy Sagat, PO1 Mario Generoso-Bawagan, PO1 Noel Conde, and PO1 Andrew Mainot.

Wanted sa Radyo then called the regional director of Rizal police, Colonel Adriano Enong, and he promised that they will take immediate action and investigation towards this traumatic experience for Mrs. Serrato.

Staff from News 5 accompanied Mrs. Serrato to the Rizal Regional office of the PNP, as well as in the Cainta police office to take further action.

The four policemen were all relieved of their duties and are all facing multiple lawsuits for their actions.
