Exclusive - Hear What Ara Mina Has To Say About Sunshine Dating Her Brother Macky Mathay

"Matagal ng crush ng brother ko si Sunshine..." actress Ara Mina revealed during an interview with ABS-CBN.

She was of course, referring to the blossoming relationship between fellow actress Sunshine Cruz and her brother Macky Mathay. 

"...And that time naglakas loob siya na magpakilala kay Shine without telling me and without asking me na ipakilala mo ako, so sa mga nag iisip na ako ang nagpakilala sa kanila, hindi po ako dahil nagkusa po ang brother ko, kasi hindi ba, yung iba yun ang i-assume kasi Sunshine and I are friends," Ara added.

Her statement was given during the opening of celebrity chiropractor Rob Walcher's new clinic. 

Social media exploded when news of the courtship spread online. The couple did not deny that they were an item.

Ara says that she had no problems with her friend and brother dating, so long as both of them love each other. She did however admit that many other people might not agree with her opinion.

"Well siyempre sa mata ng mga tao hindi maganda kasi parehas silang may asawa, but they're both separated, Matagal ng hiwalay si Macky , wala naman din tayong magagawa kung nagkakagustuhan sila." Ara said.

While on the topic of relationships, ABS-CBN interviewers also asked the actress about her relationship with Bulacan Mayor Patrick Meneses – the father of their daughter Amanda. 

According to Ara: "Okay naman nagkikita kami once a week, twice a week, kapag hindi ako pwede siya nagdadala kay Mandy for check-up tapos single pa din naman siya," 

"Hindi ko alam, Hindi naman na din mawawala na he's the father of my daughter pero as of now mas mabuti kami na magkaibigan," she added.
