Another disturbing video has yet again circulated the social media after a man was caught on video strangling a woman in public amid his outburst.

According to witnesses and speculators who have witnesed this violent commotion, the man have lent the woman's friend money and unfortunately they were not able to pay him back. 

Despite the innocence and lack of involvement of the woman on the unpaid debts being claimed, she was put at the receiving end of the humiliation and the physical assault.

As seen on the video, the man's outburst has caused a commotion that has forced the spectators to record the video as proof. 

Although the story remains unclear, the video has already gone viral.

Only after 13 hours since the video has been posted, it has already been viewed 156,000 times with 1,600 reactions and almost 6,000 shares.
