Her letter may be written in the innocent writing of a 6-year-old little girl. However, the message that she wants to deliver is clear enough for 'Tatay Digong and Tito Allan" to understand.
On the other hand, President Duterte said that he will reopen the case on Mamasapano and will conduct an investigation. He also wants that the special commission to go back on all of the events at the Mamasapano massacre and tag all the people involved in the incident to give justice to the 44 SAF Troopers.
