23-year-old Alexandra Kinova and husband Antonin were thrilled to discover that their family of three was going to grow bigger. 

The Czech couple lived in the town of Milovice with their son and was more than ready to bring more children into their married lives. 

They were even pleasantly surprised when they discovered that Alexandra was pregnant with twins! The family of 3 was about to become a family of 5.

However when the couple returned for another check-up, the doctors had some startling news for the couple. After being shown the new ultrasound photos, Alexandra couldn’t help but cry.

From twins, it was revealed that Alexandra started to carry triplets.

But it didn’t end there.

The 23-year-old mother’s belly began to swell more in size. The follow-up examination revealed that the triplets became quadruplets (That’s 4 babies)

Then returning for one more ultrasound, an incredible revelation came about. Alexandra was carrying quintuplets! (That’s 5 babies)

Fortunately there were no complications in her cesarean birth. In 2013, she gave birth to four healthy boys and one healthy girl.

Unfortunately daddy Antonin missed the momentous event of their birth. "I cried all the way there because I was sure I would miss it," he said.

Now, babies Alex, Deniel, Martin, Michael, and Terezka are growing up healthy and strong. 

This was certainly an unexpected outcome for Alexandra and Antonin. However from these family photos it appears that the couple is happy to care for such adorable babies.
