Exclusive - Woman Born With No Vagina Hopes To Have Children, Watch The Beautiful Story Here

A young woman was born with a rare disease that one could not even imagine possible. She was brought into this world without a female reproductive organ.

She has Mayer-Rokitansky-Kauster-Hauser syndrome meaning she had no vaginal canal, a malformed uterus and no cervix.

Devan Merck of Bennington, Georgia was 12 years old when she became fully aware of her condition. She was called names by other kids and was left by boyfriends upon knowing that she couldn’t have s*x because she had no vagina.

When she was just 13 years old, she had a hysterectomy to remove her womb and after that, she had reconstructive surgery to create a vaginal opening that would mean she could later have the chance to have s*x.

The video made by Barcroft TV showed how she shared her struggles growing up, and how she had difficulty in dating boys. "When it came to s*x, I couldn't have s*x, so it was difficult to have a boyfriend who was okay with that. It definitely ended some relationships really quick,” she recounted.

Eventually, she found the man of her dreams and someone who dreams of her as well. His name is Trent. He told Barcroft TV that he was completely okay with her deficiency and that they have found ways to make it work.

The couple is now considering in-vitro fertilization to create a baby that is biologically their own.

"My vagina might be man-made rather than god given but I'm a complete woman and hopefully it won't be long before I'm a mother too."

The couple created a GoFund me page to help save for the surrogate operation.
