Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, known simply as Beyoncé, once again proved to everybody that she really does run the world, after her Instagram post went crazy with likes and shares, breaking previous records on the photo-sharing application.
This happened just a few minutes after she announced that she was pregnant with twins.
Queen B told everyone about her pregnancy on February 1 via an Instagram post that said:
“We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. - The Carters”
The multiple Grammy-winner and wife to hip-hop mogul Jay-Z then proceeded to release artsy and nude baby bump photos of her taken by photographer Awol Erizku, and the Internet wasted no time going nuts over it.
The photo shoot also had the participation of Blue Ivy, the power couple’s daughter, and she was being her usual cute self all throughout the entire series of snapshots.
Even with her twin pregnancy, Queen Beyoncé is set to have a tight schedule and will be busy with work over the course of the entire year ahead. To start things off, she has a highly-anticipated performance at the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 12. She will perform with the likes of Chance The Rapper and other prominent and critically-acclaimed artists.
The 20-time Grammy award winner is nominated in nine categories, including Album of the Year, for her widely successful visual album, Lemonade.
