12,000 people rushed to Vice Ganda's sold-out Valentine concert at the Araneta Coliseum on the night of February 14.
Audiences were given not only jaw-dropping performances and Vice's comedic genius. The night was also filled with laughter, kilig, and hugot.
The concert was a total package, as it featured the use of high-end LED lights, backdrops, and awesome choreography. This is not to say the full-on performances from the main man himself, who sang, danced and even recited a spoken word piece.
Vice's special guests Michael Pangilinan, Daryl Ong, Kris Lawrence, and Daniel Padilla serenaded the Araneta crowd with their rendition of the Bruno Mars hit "Versace On The Floor," while Maja Salvador gave a sizzling hot dance number.
Known as the daughter of Vice Ganda, protege Awra Briguela also performed a breathtaking number packed with stunts.
Knowing that the comedian never fails to surprise his fans and audience, Vice Ganda executed an 8-minute long monologue which narrated his heartbreaking experience with a basketball player ex-boyfriend.
He shared that it took him 8 months to write the piece. People believe that Vice's ex could be Terrence Romeo, who now plays for GlobalPort Batang Pier in the PBA.
Some hints include Vice saying that this player was known for his crossovers, which Romeo is popular for. Back in 2014, Vice also posted a break-up tweet that gave emphasis to the letters T and R.
"Gusto sana natin magkasama tayong dalawa sa siksikan, sa bawat laro mo, sa bawat three points mo, gusto ko sanang nandoon ako para magpalakpakan at gusto kong isigaw na, 'P**ang i*a, jowa ko iyan.' Pero hindi natin magawa kasi natatakot tayong parehong mapaguspan," Vice Ganda said at one point.
"Kaya kahit pareho tayong nagtagumpay, pareho tayong talunan. Ang sakit," he added.
The comedian also recalled that the break-up felt as if he was about to die.
"Hindi niyo alam kung gaano kasakit. Kapag naalala ko para akong namamatay sa sakit," he admitted.
Vice went to the backstage teary-eyed after the performance. However, he later said that it was just an act like all the other acts he did before.
"Pusuan Mo Si Vice Ganda Sa Araneta" was considered a success both by Vice Ganda and all the happy fans who went home from it with happy hearts.
