Exclusive - You Won't Believe What This Man Did to a Street Child! Unbelievable!

Recently, the story of a man who allegedly beat up a child on the street has gone viral. The story was posted on Facebook on the popular page, 'Tambayan ni Berto Worldwide'. The post became a trending topic on social media due to its disturbing content. Netizens were angered by the man who was described in the post. 

Here is the story as told by the administrator of the Facebook page that was mentioned:

"Grabe! guys! paki share po nito, halos patayin na ng lalaking to yung bata, sinapak daw kase anak nya nitong bata kaya ginantihan nitong tatay.. pero sabi ng bata hindi naman daw nya ginawa yun pero sana napag usapan man lang sa barangay hall at alamin ang totoo, kawawa yung bata, sabi tuloy ng mga nakakita baka daw modus ito ng lalaki para manguha ng bata, paki share na lang po para mahuli ng DSWD, Child abuse na yan!!

According to Republic Act 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, 

"It is hereby declared to be the policy of the State to provide special protection to children from all firms of abuse, neglect, cruelty exploitation and discrimination and other conditions, prejudicial their development; provide sanctions for their commission and carry out a program for prevention and deterrence of and crisis intervention in situations of child abuse, exploitation and discrimination. The State shall intervene on behalf of the child when the parent, guardian, teacher or person having care or custody of the child fails or is unable to protect the child against abuse, exploitation and discrimination or when such acts against the child are committed by the said parent, guardian, teacher or person having care and custody of the same."

"It shall be the policy of the State to protect and rehabilitate children gravely threatened or endangered by circumstances which affect or will affect their survival and normal development and over which they have no control."

The man who was featured in the story will face serious penalties if he is ever caught by authorities.
